What’s for breakfast and what time does breakfast start and finish
The Bosco Continental Pantry Breakfast is included in your bedroom rate and includes a selection of pastries and breads with preserves and honey. We also offer a wide selection of individual cereals, muffins, fruit juices, steaming hot coffee and a freshly brewed range of ‘teapig’ teas. Served in our Lounge Monday to Friday 7am until 9.30am and Weekends from 8am to 10am.
Where can I park?
Secure Car Parking is available at an additional charge of £7 per day. Located at Glenmore House , which is 3 minutes walk away. Please park and provide your vehicle’s registration details upon check in. Commercial vans, vehicles with trailers and Caravans are not allowed in the car park.
Can I check in early or late?
Yes. This can be arranged in advance with reservations or with the front desk. A nominal charge is made for this service.
Can I cancel my bedroom reservation?
For flexible room rates – cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the rate.
Corporate Accounts may cancel up to 4 pm prior to arrival. Applies only to bookings made direct, not through an agent.
Advanced purchase rates or special promotions; refunds will not be applicable in the event of cancellation.
Can I request a pillow without feathers?
You have the option of both duck feather or hollow fibre pillows in all Guestrooms.
What time does the bar open and close?
The Lounge is exclusively open for Hotel Guests for the Bosco Pantry Breakfast Monday to Friday 7am until 9.30am and Weekends from 8am to 10am.
